This is the exact same view from Ninemia Luxury Residence in Perdika. During the day, it's all about watching the sun dip into the Ionian Sea from the infinity pool. But when the lights go out? The sky turns into an absolute canvas. The clarity over the water makes it the perfect spot to capture the rotation of the earth.

This is the comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS), c This is the comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS), captured on October 13, 2024.
The photo was taken a few minutes after sunset in Thessaloniki, looking west. I was fortunate to capture this once-in-80,000-year comet as well as an incredible sunset! I also had the pleasure of meeting another comet hunter, with whom we had a nice talk while we waited for the comet to appear!
